New Artworks 30th August 2003 StormHammer

Sorry for the long wait in updating the site, but I've had some health issues to deal with. I've been working on a few more art works, and so I can finally change the 'On View' pics to something else. ;) The first is Assassin, which was inspired simply by dabbling around in Painter. The second is Messenger, which has turned out in a more religious vein than I expected. There are also a couple of additions to the Concept Art section. ;)

You can now find Attack Of The Gonks in the Fan Art Section. I have also decided to do some Fan Art for Quake IV, which I have entitled No Strogg Today. I hope you enjoy these new pieces. More coming soon. ;)

Site Update 31st March 2003 StormHammer

I have redesigned the site so that it loads faster. I was not entirely happy with the previous design, so I've gone for a minimalistic approach this time around. Be sure to let me know what you think. ;) I am also including a Sketch-of-the-week and a Painting-of-the-week. Whether I can sustain that level of artistic output at the moment is debatable...we'll have to see. The Fan Art section has been updated with a new sketch of Mara Jade, and the previous digital painting of that character has been taken down, because I wasn't happy with it. There is a new addition to the Star Wars fan Art section. Be sure to check out the new Viking painting, and two new sketches, under the Gallery. You will now find some of the previous pictures moved over to the new Concepts section, and there are four new additions to the Work In Progress section. Thumbnails of pictures have now been added in the Gallery, Fan Art, Concept and Work In Progress sections so you know what you are clicking on. There will be more pictures available to view soon. I will be adding some additional tutorials soon, so keep your eyes peeled. Enjoy the new site, and give me some feedback. ;)

As you browse through these pages, I hope you find something of interest.

I do not claim to be a professional artist or writer, and my skills are apparent in the works you will discover here. You can judge for yourselves. I only ask that you respect my ownership of the works by not distributing them in any way, shape or form without my written consent.

Currently I am trying to bring together my fiction and artwork, and I hope that at some time in the future I will be able to publish some illustrated stories. In recent years, I have also produced some Fan Art, mostly in the Star Wars universe, and they are available to view on this site.

Lastly, feel free to offer any constructive criticism of my work. My aim is to improve, and so I welcome your feedback. I'm working on setting up a Guest Book, Feedback form and maybe a Forum at a later date.
